We are confident that you will be satisfied with our top quality fabrics. However, if you receive any fabric that is not satisfactory, see below for our return policy.
Returns can be processed in the event that we send the wrong fabric, or the fabric is damaged only. If fabrics are sent by mistake or damaged, we can offer a free replacement. Return must be initiated by the customer within 10 calendar days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the original condition they were sent. Cut or used fabrics are not eligible for return.
If the customer accidentally purchases the wrong order, orders of 5+ yards can be refunded with a 20% restocking fee paid for by the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for any kind of refund or exchange.
If fabrics are not available, refund will be issued to the customer within 5-10 business days.
